How do I place an order? Please view our site or contact us at our retail outlet. Once you have decided upon the item(s) you wish to purchase call us or send us an email at [email protected] with the following information;
Is the package insured? You shall be sent details of postage/packing options. One of these will include a price for insurance of the package. If you have opted to pay for insurance, the goods will be insured. If you have not chosen to insure the package then you shall have to try and claim against the carrier although you should be aware their liability is limited. Clearly we shall assist you in anyway we can. As we currently use the Royal Mail you should visit their web site for full details at www.royalmail.co.uk What if I don't like the goods ? You can return them to us. We shall process a credit less 20% for administration and re-stocking fees. The reason for this is that a lot of our items are one-off or limited run originals. As such, our site and catalogues need to be updated after each sale. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the goods reach us in saleable condition, for the credit to be processed. The credit may be used against future purchases. A voucher will be sent to you, representing the credit. You shall have to present the voucher to us upon any future purchase. How long before I receive the goods ? Once confirmation is received that your payment has cleared, we shall dispatch the goods and you should receive them within three working days within the UK mainland and seven to ten working days if abroad, although we shall try and give a more accurate estimate at the time of dispatch. The efficiency of your local postal service will also have a bearing on delivery times and we would again refer you to www.royalmail.co.uk You shall also receive an email to confirm your goods have been sent. Do you send the Paintings framed/stretched ? If the item is already framed, the price will include the frame and we shall send it as such. If the item is not framed it will still have been stretched on bars, ready for framing. Full details shall be sent upon receipt of your initial email. If you specifically want something framed by us and sent to you we can of course do this. Please inform us by email and we shall give you the details. Who are you and how can I trust you? We also cater for customers requiring original/unusual/quality ornaments from the far east and the Indian sub-continent. Our main business is conducted direct with other retailers and through our own permanent retail outlet in London. We are as trustworthy as any other organization on the internet, or not as the case may be. You have our permanent trading address and we are registered for VAT (sales tax) in England, (VAT reg. no.740 0529 66). We are able to accept credit cards and our bankers are the world's biggest (HSBC). Our principal backer is a registered lawyer in England and Wales and we are here for the long term. Try us and see!!
